Tourist Visa Requirements
1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
a) Copy of previous passports and visas issued (if any).
b) If any visa request was refused, details of the original letter issued by the authorities of that country would be preferred.
2. Afghanistan Visa Application Form: Visa application form must be filled and signed by the applicant.
3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size borderless white background photos with matt or semi-matt finish, 60-80% face coverage, (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
4. Cover-Letter: Covering Letter from applicant name, designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Afghanistan, Dhaka.
5. Invitation Letter: A letter of invitation from the organization / person you are visiting in Afghanistan. (If Any)
6. Forwarding-Letter:
a) Forwarding Letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of the visit.
b) Visa request letter from the educational institute or student card/evidence of school enrollment (if student)
7. Proof of Occupation:
a) Trade License (original notarized English translated and photocopy of the original) if the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor.
b) Office ID card copy & Visiting cards.
8. Financials:
a) Company’s or Personal Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly.
b) Salary slip for the last six months. (If Any).

About Emirates
Emirates is an airline based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The airline is a subsidiary of The Emirates Group, which is wholly owned by the government of Dubai’s Investment Corporation of Dubai. It is the largest airline in the Middle East, operating over 3,600 flights per week from its hub at Dubai International Airport, to more than 140 cities in 81 countries across six continents. The government has received Dhs14.6 billion from Emirates since dividends started being paid in 1999 for having provided an initial start-up capital of US$10 million and an additional investment of about US$80 million at the time of the airline’s inception. The Dubai government is the sole owner of the company. However, it does not put any new money into it, nor does it interfere with running the airline.

About Air India
Air India is the banner carrier airline of India headquartered at New Delhi. It is owned by via Air India Limited, a government-owned enterprise, and works a fleet of Airbus and Boeing aircraft serving 94 domestic and international destinations. The airline was established by J. R. D. Tata as Tata Airlines in 1932; Tata himself flew its first single-engine de Havilland Puss Moth, conveying air mail from Karachi to Bombay’s Juhu aerodrome and proceeding to Madras (currently Chennai). After World War II, it became a public limited company and was renamed as Air India.
On 21 February 1960, it took a conveyance of its first Boeing 707 named Gauri Shankar and became the first Asian airline to enlist a jet aircraft in its fleet. In 2000–01, attempts were made to privatize Air India and from 2006 onwards, it endured misfortunes after its merger with Indian Airlines.

Hahn Air is a German airline headquartered in Dreieich, offering scheduled and charter flights within Europe from its base at Düsseldorf Airport.
